You may have the perception of the Danes as calm, restraint and cold blooded people. You may have to think again. Ove Christensen, Randers manager, who is battling against his team’s relegation from the the Danish top division, saw his team conceded four goals in each of its last two matches.

Following the 2nd of these defeats, 0:4 to Brondby on Monday, Christensen was asked by the TV reporter if he thinks about quitting his job.

Enjoy his response.

What’s the biggie? a little pat on the shoulder. I don’t like the sound of the Danish language. They know great English so maybe they should stick to that.
But I will always love Lars von Trier, Michael Laudrup, Elkaer Larssen, Surn Lerby, Soren Lerby, Jesper Olsen and especially our Ian Molby.
Look at Danish football today–basically peace of crap. But as opposed to most, I think that world football in large today is much worst than in the 80′s. What a travesty to the world’s most popular game to go back like that. What a freakin’ tracesty. But no one will talk about. All the fuckers will tell you that you can’t compare past to present. They will say that players today are faster and stronger, as if to excuse the fact we see so many big games that are pure crap (i.e Classico), not to mention the fact that there are maybe 3 freakin’ teams in whole European football that are good enough, not to mention the travesty that became of the interntaional game.
The Premier League which is by far the best league in Europe and probably the world was pure shit this year. Pure shit.
And the rest of world soccer is pretty much the same.
If we don’t have a great game in the CL Finals in Wenbly between the Barca and United I am ready to quit on the freakin’ game.
Just joking of course, but God an I pissed.
